Writing User Research Usability Interaction Design
I endeavor to understand your audience, who they are, and what their needs and goals are. Then I work with you to determine what to create for that audience. After that it’s time to get down to the brass-tacks of designing and/or writing.
I like to build in time in along the way for an occasional cup of tea and some usability testing to check out our assumptions and adjust for reality. In short I help:
- Understand your customer.
- Design their product.
- Speak and write their language.
- Make you successful.
That’s what I do, plain and simple.
