If you want to stand out you need to know your audience intimately. That’s where my writing and user experience background can help.

Taking a bit of time to define the audience, their pain points and desires can make the difference between a good white paper or user interface and a great one.

I work with you to understand who your audience is and what their needs and goals are. Then you and I determine what to create for that audience. After that it’s time to get down to the brass-tacks of writing or designing.

I like to build in time in along the way for an occasional cup of tea and some usability testing to check out our assumptions and adjust for reality.  In short I help:

  • Speak and write their language.
  • Design their product.
  • Make you successful.
