In the early stages of designing a new product for a new audience, I organized a workshop with stakeholder to define the product’s voice. We walked through the user research, personas and the design principles for the product.
Then we looked at a list of attributes from our brand guidelines and decided which ones were the most important for this product and audience.
From there I put together a one-page style sheet that outlines the voice and tone of this product and how it differs from our other products.
